Mindful Moments with Humble the Poet

Updated: May 22

If it’s true that love makes the world go ‘round, we might need a refresher course. Humble the Poet’s new book, How to Be Love(d) is available now and he shares his mindful wisdom about what we do and don’t do quite right when it comes to love.

Humble The Poet (Kanwer Singh), is a Canadian-born rapper, spoken-word artist, poet, bestselling author, and former elementary school teacher. What began as reciting spoken word poetry in coffee shops to impress girls evolved into a creative adventure that has spanned the last 10 years, crossing genres, mediums and oceans. His first two books, THINGS NOBODY CAN TEACH US and UNLEARN, have become international bestsellers. Today, we’ll talk about his new book, “How to be Love(d), Simple Truths for Going Easier on Yourself, Embracing Imperfection and Loving Your Way to a Better Life.”
