Dr. Parker is a clinical psychologist and author of the new book, "Embracing Unrest, Harness Vulnerability to Tame Anxiety and Spark Growth." Over the past thirty years, Dr. Parker has helped people recognize and soothe unrest to resolve anxiety, depression, and loss of intimacy. Her practice integrates ideas from developmental psychology, neurobiology, psychodynamic therapy, experiential processes, and mindfulness practices.
